This privacy policy explains what personal data JADE V (officially: DW-webshops, Sint Josephstraat 11, 4901 GM Oosterhout, the Netherlands) collects when you use byjadev.com and how we handle it. As a company based in the European Union, we process your data in accordance with the GDPR, regardless of where you live.

What data we collect

  • Order details — your name, shipping address, email address and phone number, so we can process and deliver your order.
  • Payment details — payments are handled by secure payment providers (such as Shopify Payments). We never see or store your card details.
  • Contact details — the contents of your message when you email us.
  • Site usage data — anonymized statistics that help us improve the store.

What we use your data for

  • Processing and shipping orders, and handling returns
  • Customer support and answering your questions
  • Our newsletter — only if you sign up yourself; you can unsubscribe at any time with a single click
  • Meeting legal obligations, such as tax requirements

Who we share your data with

We never sell your data. We only share it with partners who are essential to fulfilling your order: our store platform (Shopify), payment providers and shipping carriers. All of them process data in accordance with the GDPR.

How long we keep your data

We keep order data for 7 years to comply with tax regulations. Newsletter sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.

We use functional cookies to make the store work properly (such as your cart), and — with your consent — analytics and marketing cookies. You can change your preferences in your browser settings.
