Terms of service
These Terms of Service govern your use of byjadev.com, operated by JADE V (officially: DW-webshops, Sint Josephstraat 11, 4901 GM Oosterhout, the Netherlands). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Orders & contract
A sales contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in justified cases, for example where we suspect fraud or abuse. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, you will receive a full refund.
2. Prices & payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is made upfront through secure payment providers (including major credit cards and express checkout options). Any applicable shipping costs and taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Shipping
Orders placed on business days ship within 24 hours with a tracked carrier service. Current delivery times and details can be found on our Shipping page.
4. Returns
You have 30 days to return your order, no questions asked. Full details and the return procedure can be found on our Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your place of residence.
5. Product characteristics
Our pieces are made from delicate fabrics with lace details. To keep them looking their best, please follow the care instructions on the label (hand wash or delicate cycle at low temperature recommended, no tumble drying). Actual colors may differ slightly from photos depending on your screen settings.
6. Liability
We make every effort to keep the information in our store accurate and up to date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from use or care of the product contrary to the instructions on the care label. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
All content on byjadev.com (text, photography, logo, design) is the property of JADE V and may not be used without our prior written consent.
8. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your country or state of residence. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@byjadev.com — we resolve almost everything directly. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
